2 - How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
You will receive a email@example.com e-mail confirming the reservation.
3 - What are the hours of operation (Check-In and Check-Out)?
The accommodation service runs all year. The Check-In takes place from 14:00h to 24:00h and Check-Out until 12:00h.
4 - How can I see the prices?
You can check prices of accommodation in our rate.
5 - As payments are made?
Payments are made in cash, by transfer or ATM. If you are staying and decides to extend your booking, payment will be made in the act.
6 - What are the conditions of the reservation?
Usually there is no need for a reservation fee. This might be necessary during special seasons. Thanks for understanding.
7 - Can I cancel / change my reservation?
Cancellations may be made up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. After that date, in case of cancellation or in case of no-show, it will be charged the amount of the first night. To modify your reservation (subject to availability) please contact by email or phone, indicating the date for which you had your reservation.
8 - After Check Out, I can store luggage?
Even after the Check Out, you can save your luggage for free up to 10 PM.

10 - When is it possible to see the Umbrella Sky Project?
Normally the installation of the colorful umbrellas is present in the streets in the months of July, August and September. Between +- 15 November and 8 January there are Christmas Decorations.
